If the same error message still appears, your printer may require servicing. Restart the computer, then reconnect your scanner. Make sure that your scanner or printer and the computer are connected correctly.ĭelete the MP Drivers, then reinstall them from the Setup CD or our website. Turn off scanner and follow instructions in User's Guide.
